MIS :
-mention dlm intro the system is web based or stand alone system
-benefits of the system. cover ni dlm slide
-web is best viewed in what resolution
-system is reliable.. blh jlan..
-soalan : why choose the scripting language, could be differences between other scripting language (ex: JSP vs VB), who is the system administrator, have you done the research to other company (mksdnye utk sistem y general, bkn utk certain company/customer), jmpe sape nk dptkan info ttg procedure y di dlm sistem, y lain2 diorg cume tanye bende2 berkaitan dgn sistem tu je
-demo :
  • katakan nk input data time demo, mskkan data y masuk akal, jgn main tekan je. perform the demo as the real situation user will be entering data.
  • panel y sgt strick, sendiri pn pening.. die akan cek validation utk semua field. katakan password kalau cume 3 lengths, integer field still accept ke nilai 0 atau negative (suppose hanya positive no), fon number kalau invalid type, then cek plk database whether fon number tu unique ke tak sbb die kt even email pn adalah unique.. ah papela.
  • ID should be standardized, jgn allow user utk create ID sendiri
  • klu kene input harga setkan minimum prize y sistem blh encounter katakan user masukkan prize y tk msk akal (tgk sistem)
  • report mmg ptg, tp tk bnyk lecturer y peduli, klu y strick mereka nk tgk report y blh assist admin utk analyze wutever info y dh dicapture oleh sistem, tp bende ni tk la smpi kene mitp, sbb kalau sistem --> asal jalan function blh la pass, procedure y practical dan flow y masuk akal
  • klu sistem y ada bnyk user, jgn peningkan panel time login function. tambah lg klu demo y sgt cpt. kjb login as customer, kejb as admin, kjab as supplier. kalau gune customer1, admin3, supplier2 tkla pening diorg nk tgkap user mana y nk login. mrkah demo nnti blh jd kena deduct.
  • error handling. katakan user mskkan username y slh, pop up msg (blh jd minor mistake, u certain panel, diorg tk ksah.. tp die highlight)
  • mention the user need to sign up, if certain function require user to login (pegi login page, then tulis bwh tu kene register if not the web member cth : Click here to register)
  • utk entry page, katakan ada flash ke ape, mention where to click to enter
  • logout function kene ada dkt semua page
  • indicate required field
  • info ttg sistem --> ape user privelege kalau jd member, procedure of booking, type of booking, specific terms y beginner user mgkn tk faham...bla bla tk tau ape lg
  • katakan user/member blh post bulletin board atau announcement, jgn directly appearkan, admin kene approve dulu whether bende y dipost tu layak utk dpost atau tidak. lecturer ni je la y tanye. lecturer lain xde pn tnaye
  • klu date, gune calendar. in case panel suruh masukkan '30 february' atau ape2 je date y tah pape, so lebih slamat gune calendar


MULTIMEDIA / COURSEWARE :
-soalan : how many percent is your own contribution in this system (video atau gambar y dishoot dn dicapture sendiri. katakan mustahil utk buat gmbr dn video, lukis sendiri kalau ada gambarajah y diambil dr intenet), whats the hardest part, possible future enhancement, dh ada ke blum courseware ni dkt market, klu ada.. ape bezanya dgn courseware2 tu, where u get the source, what u have added, evaluation jg penting. kalau y sgt gempak, esp y buat 3D panel suruh lukis blk, ada jg y cume tanye proses nk buat animation atau ape2 je la y menghasilkan result spt y dipresent, kuiz jgn tanye bende2 y tkde dlm content, cr susun menu button --> mane satu y lebih prior dr menu y lain..

p/s : kemahiran mendengar susah jgk.. susah ke senang nk m'dgr? nk respond lg. ah papela.. junainah ok jg.. mude lagi
